Gameloft needs to explain why only certain accounts received bans and other like this Flame Knight are not affected and can still play even though they are clearly using multiple bugged mana prism spells and it's definitely a hacked rune bug account

Many account that I own or play have been banned lost of then having only 3k-13k toons without level 3 prisms have been banned Till 2050 I think is un fair Because Many of the bugged Players are Still roaming around... Also haven't seen you on în a while kimmy :)
