Hello, everyone! My name is Lou & my channel is all about everyday home food. I'm not a chef, nor have I studied cooking or been taught by someone. I lack talent in the kitchen, but I prefer home-cooked meals & can't always afford to eat out. Although I'm not skilled at cooking, I'm sure you can get ideas for what to cook for your family & use your prepared ingredients.
The other reason I created this channel is that my friends encouraged me to start a YT channel since I often post home-cooked food on my other social media. However, I initially had no knowledge of mone & lacked video editing skills. Another motivation stems from my humble background; coming from a poor family, I hadn't tried some of the dishes I cooked and shared on YouTube. Many of these recipes were unknown to me before, & I focused mainly on showcasing local foods from my hometown. These videos serve as memories for me to watch when I return home, allowing me to revisit the dishes I may not be able to cook again.❤️
