I love that Mike is not afraid to fire bad customers. It's the 80/20 rule. 80% of your problems are caused by 20% of your customer base. Get rid of that shitty 20% and enjoy the time saved and profit gained by not dealing with 80% of the problems. 🏻️ Occasional bad reviews are worth it.

Good job with the furnace. A dishonest salesman or tech would have shown the customer the CO reading in a panic and quoted a $20K furnace install. Shows your honesty and experience in finding the problem. Professionalism at it's finest !
