Me n my dad didnt have much in common. The best time we ever had was wearing out 2 cassettes of jay Hickman. Still have the stereo n tape inside it ,sitting on a shelf in thee garage, with the case on top of the radio. On his birthday i sit out there n listen to it with a 12 pack. I miss him. I loved this time we had. My dad would almost puke laughing lol. I think he said thee" boat riiide" all the time out of nowhere for 20yrs lol.

I heard Jay, and this joke for the first time in 1989, after closing the Bonanza steakhouse that i worked at. Sitting outside in the parking lot in the bed of my truck, sharing beers with my coworkers. Laughing our asses off. Good times!
