I closed with NACA before Thanksgiving at 1%. No money down, closing costs and loan underwriting fees all paid. But it was not easy at all. AT ALL!

NACA is doing a great job so far with my case. It you don't have the time to go through the process. Its not a problem then just use the traditional route. I'm loving it so far.

New Naca family here attended the 4 hour seminar Recievedthe I'd number .and just finished filed our application .I was sceptical at first but now hearing your testimony I'm glad I'm glad we decided to take on this journey .

Banks require 3% down and 3.5% for FHA loan. Putting down 20% eliminates PMI but it is not required.
