She's really lucky because Belleview is really tough, borderline speed trap town. My son worked as a teen just down the road from this stop and I would pick him up after his night shift. Can't tell you how many times I saw people getting pulled over coming over the bridge into the town for speeding. It drops from 55 to 45 to 40 real quick.
