They need to start arresting people who call the police for no reason.

It wasn't a mistake. It was deliberate, but saying "possibly has a weapon" is putting the man's life at risk which is just awful

They knew he was moving in. The caller was sending a message saying, “We don’t want you here”.

They need to start prosecuting the people making these false claims and calls

“Dear god, he’s hung pictures of himself and his family all over the place”

"weird, he's putting valuables into a home. Better call police."

There needs to be consequences for the 911 caller. They deliberately salted the water on this poor man by suggesting he was armed knowing full well it would provoke a dangerous reaction from cops. I think, luckily for him, the actual cops seemed pretty cognizant in the footage - at least by the time we saw them.

Who ever called knew he was moving in they're just letting him know he's not welcome period
