I use flax seed and sunflower seed along with these. But I keep even more simpler. Just black salt and lemon, no masala. I add akhrot, almond and cashew along with other core ingredients. Gives some healthy fat along with protein.

Add a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil or Sesame oil. Toss some walnuts or almonds or pecans to make it healthier. That is what I do. I also add bell peppers of all colors, red, yellow, orange and green. For nonvegetarian, replace paneer with canned tuna.

I'm vegan. This recipe is superb. I just omit the paneer and add soya granules in its place. Thankyou for sharing such recipes and hope you can share more nutritious options.

Every thing is fine except Paneer. Without frying Paneer, is it good to eat directly. I think boiling is required for paneer
