On this channel you will find recipes created & adapted over the years & I am so looking forward to sharing them with you.
Some are traditional that passed down from my mum, some have a modern twist & others I've created myself.
My aim is to make following a recipe effortless so you can easily follow and make & bake.
All makes and bakes will be simple enough for anyone to master. Whatever your previous experience.
The ingredients to use will be in the description below each video so you can get them together before you begin & so make your baking session easy and enjoyable.
No flipping back, in the video to see how much of an ingredient to use as this will be displayed on each screen as it is added. You can watch, pause & make as you go.
I will aim to make videos short & concise so it's easy to choose what you would like to make.

This cake looks great, Margaret. You are right: the first time I put vinegar in cake, I was a bit worried--but I couldn't taste it at all!

This really worked well for a Dorset Apple cake. I added mixed spice and cinnamon with apple. It raised well without a vinegar taste.

Glad to know this, thanks. I think it works for banana cakes too, I often use apple cider vinegar to substitute cream of tatar in baking cakes.

Just made this cake tonight substituting cranberries for some of the raisins (all i had) and mixed spice/cinnamon for the cardamon seeds (again all i had). So delicious! Thank you. Will be making again.

At first, I have to say your intro is amazing and looks super impressive! And The recipe for Vinegar cake is overall good & rare and I haven't seen it before! I bet, this must taste so delicious!!! I can literally feel how yummy it tasted instead of being vinegar flavored! The texture of the cake inside made me so satisfied and I just wanted to grab a piece from it =)
