Hi beautiful people! Welcome to Berlay's Kitchen!
My name is Beverly Zeißler. I am not a Chef but cooking is my passion. I used to work in different restaurants before and could say that I worked with different kinds of people here in Germany. Cooking is one of my hobbies. Getting to know the basics of cooking can be a great wat to eat healthy. One of my favorite dishes was inspired by Ratatouille, the movie. Gusteau, the cook that inspired the main character Remy in this movie, says the best line that “Anyone can cook”. It can be a great challenge especially considering the varied tastes of individuals of different culture(s). The peculiar expectations of people should also be considered. That is why cooking is such an interesting passion because you put others first before your own. It is a mission of serving because one considers the health and welfare of consumers thus the goal to come up with a nutritive food preparation.
