I find it odd that the Watts parents spoke more about Chris than they did about Bella and Celeste. They can still visit their son and call him. They’ll never get those precious babies back. Just very odd.

If you are married to someone who makes excuses for someone like Chris, run and run fast the other way. I was listening to the evidence that came out during sentencing and my husband asked me to turn it off he couldn’t bare to hear how a man, a father could do this to his own children.

The fact that the little girl FOUGHT for her life. She was a little girl and didn’t even know the troubles of the world and then all the sudden she sees her dad with murder in his eyes. Truly disgusting how he could watch those defenseless little girls and that beautiful woman fight for their lives and take them away all for his selfish reasons. Prayers for the family

I am a mother and I love my children with my whole heart, but I am also a grandmother and let me just say if any of my children were to harm my grand babies, I would for sure turn my backs on them. There is no part of me that would be able to forgive that!!

The thing that irks me the most about the trial is the fact that Cindy and Ronnie were given the opportunity to speak as grandparents to the victims, and they instead used that opportunity to tell their son that they forgive him for something that they have no right to forgive him for. Chris is vile, but given where he comes from how could he not be?
