This song would have worked if they found a good scene for it. I can imagine sometime after Cult Andy escapes from the Mental Hospital, he goes to a bar, just to get his bearings and relax before the next fight, then suddenly that song plays in the jukebox and a swarm of Chuckys pops out of every part a doll could hide. And an all out free for all occurs. Ending with the last Chucky tossed into the Jukebox fried and ending the song.
