Fred is my favorite hockey announcer ever. Just the way he would slowly turn up the energy as the Bruins closed in or declaring "Horatio at the Bridge" after a Reggie or Andy held back an attack.

What I enjoyed most was hearing the game announced by Johnny Cusiak and John Pierson. They both were both knowledgeable about the game and appreciated good hockey even if it was by the opposing team.
