For people who loves pancit canton, Maggi Kari is also worth to try! Tho it's a soup type. Especially if you love ramen. It's a malaysian noodles but we could bought it at any department store or sari-sari store. I just feel like it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. <3

The traditional way to eat pancit canton, is best with hard boiled eggs, fried sunny-side up and scrambled egg. But the best for me is when it's served with hard boiled egg.

Ganito rin ako magluto ng pancit canton. Before, I usually put 3 cups of water para sa dalawang pancit canton, ngayon, I just put 1 cup of water then pagkatapos ihalo yung seasonings ng pancit canton. Then voila, tapos na.

Tried this on a microwave oven and on pan. This tasted alot better if you mixed the egg with the whole noodle, You also don't need to put a lot of extra seasoning the pre made seasonings already enough

What I do is add 1½ cup water to pan and put stove on high. Add pre-made seasonings when water starts heating. Add noodles when stock is boiling. When the noodles starts going soft, add 1 or 2 eggs in the middle and turn heat down ¼ of the dial and put lid on the pan for 1 minute, and then ready to eat
