I laughed way too hard at that James Curie joke being the picture of Madame Curie with the disguise goggles on. Good stuff

it never fails to amaze me how some people donβt understand that once you chemically convert something into something else, itβs no longer what it was before

You have such a fantastic conversational presentation style. I hope the youtube cycle picks up on you and your longer form content because it's probably one of the best solutions for the fearmongering and the "alternative" medicines to have someone talk to people in an approachable way when a lot of others (myself included when I'm talking irl) tend to get frustrated and come off condescending because of that frustration. You know your shit and come off friendly and excited.

I love when ladies on TikTok randomly learn something new and decide to tell everyone to avoid a (largely) harmless food additive.

Cool channel man, not overly technical yet not overly simplistic. You're transforming something most people would consider boring into something many people might very well find interesting, this is great. I hope you inspire tons of people to study cool stuff, or at least make lots of people understand that science is interesting and not something to be ignored as is way too often the case nowadays. Here's a subscription for you.

I love citric acid. I rinse my fruit and veg in it and they stay fresh longer, including berries. And the best part is that I can wash my kitchen and bathroom with the rinsing liquid afterwards. I also fixed my rusted cast iron grill pan with it when nothing else would get rid of the rust. But dissolving an entire layer of iron off the pan with citric acid paste worked wonders together with a scrubber, and it was ready to be reseasoned. Strength of the solution is everything.
