Something Wicked takes 0 damage from any source, and will teleport to a random place in the map when hit by an attack. You can observe this directly by spawning it in the Sandbox, which lacks the spawn points, and therefore SW will not teleport but chase the player indefinitely.

I though it just spawns somewhere else but has like over 1,000,000 health

someone has tried killing something wicked in sandbox before, and the only ways they could kill it was with the crash bandicoot mode and by deleting it.

Due to the way damage and health are scaled in game it would still have more health than a filth (which has 0.5 health)

Something wicked cannot be killed or deleted even with but disabling enemy spawns will send him to the shadow realm

it does not have 1 hp because it teleports away even when hit by the whiplash (which does 0.4 damage)
