One sprint session is more than enough, I don’t know what planet you live on, but three sprint sessions is waaaaaaaay too much for your nervous system, on top of 5 to six days a week training + roadwork, + strength and conditioning, the recipe for overtraining and disaster, if you’re going to run 5 miles and up, three to four times a week + one sprint session, if you’re going to run every day, do like Canelo and like Mike Tyson did, cut it to 30 minutes or 3 miles

May I give my two cents? I’m a wrestler and wrestlers are known for their incredible endurance and when I was a junior in high school, my cardio was at my peak, and the way I got it that way was before wrestling practice the team and I would run 5 miles then go to a wrestling practice where we would do wall-to-wall sprints With our full go wrestling practice, and we did a lot of calisthenics a lot of pull-ups, air, squats, push-ups, and situps.

Hey guess what, when i totally stopped running and used the same energy to do more... Boxing... I magically had way better boxing stamina... I replaced it with sprints / hill sprints 1x a week
