I am a yoga teacher from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. On this channel, you will find many different yoga classes. Even some en français!
My teaching is for everyone. It is inclusive, intentional, detailed and intuitive.
I received my 200 hour yoga teaching certification at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia in July 2024. My teachers in Bali (Carlos Romero, Rafael Chaman and Bex Tyrer) have really inspired me to keep going on my own teaching journey and path and I canβt wait to share my knowledge with you. ππ»π§π»ββοΈ
Teaching yoga is a big passion of mine and I am honoured to be guiding you through your own practice.
