Hearing his voice break, " I'm the one person in the house no one will even notice is gone" I'm sobbing

I felt a connection with Klaus during the show and Robert Sheehan is such am amazing actor and made me feel the pain that the character was enduring.

Remember back in episode one when we all thought he was just some carefree junkie...

Klaus acts like he doesn’t care about life a lot of the time but inside he’s truly v emotional and his life is falling apart around him! Robert Sheehan did such an amazing job at portraying this in Klaus!

Klaus is so broken

Man I was really hoping for S2 to treat him well, but no. I was hoping for his family to see him on a different point of view but still, his addiction was treated as comedic relief, and he’s still treated like the weakest link of the family that they’re only carrying around because he’s a vessel of his more powerful brother. They don’t give a shit that he’s struggling and kept calling him a coward/weak for his addictions bro pls And lets not forget the dinner scene when Ben was possessing him and they thought he was having a seizure but instead of being concerned they were like “Is he dying? Overdosing? Wow so embarrassing wtf not here Klaus,” like??? Will it hurt for them to acknowledge his fragility and pain and be understanding for once, like Klaus did for Vanya in S1 when she was locked up? I swear Ray has comforted him more than his own family when they were in the prison talking about Klaus’ struggles with his cult. Smh.

Klaus has definitely suffered the most out of everyone and no one realizes that but Ben

On the surface Klaus seems like the happy go lucky stereotype in a show, but when you look deeper, you see the pain and lose. His father locked him in a mausoleum for hours on end. He was kipnapped and tortured and none of his siblings noticed. He turns to drugs and alcohol to drown out the ghosts, and the love of he life literally died in his arms. But he hides it all with a smile. That takes true strength.

I find it hilarious that most people romanticize Klaus ' pain and suffering yet if any of the commenters actually met anyone who was like him in real life they would treat him like garbage.

Third time I've seen this, gets better every time.

"I wanna be numb again.."

Oh god, I just realised that the reason he was on the floor of the club crawling around was because he was having a panic attack because of his major ptsd and he just wanted the drugs to stop it and make him numb. I don't understand why nobody in his family saw that he was the most broken out of all of them, but was also the one who needed his family the most, but it really hurts when you realize how alone he was his whole life, the only company he had coming in the form of hundreds of dead people screaming at him.

I really hope Klaus can use his true power to show his siblings that he isn’t powerless, that he can take thing seriously. Because Klaus is one of the most powerful of the siblings when he finds his true power. He can take things seriously. But he tries to lighten up depressing times when nobody really sees the light in the distance. But then nobody actually thanks him for it, they don’t see the light then venture down into the darker parts of the cave. And to be honest, Klaus is probably the only person who truly shows compassion and love towards all the siblings. He died trying to save Luther, he spent lots of time Diego and smiled when he was with him. And was hugging and crying with Allison when they got the tattoos. He straight up said “I love you” to five, he teamed up with Ben and tried to listen to him. He never talked back to vanya, and he even tried to let her out of the “cage” Luther put her in. Yet nobody shows him love back. (Besides from Dave. Rest In Peace) I really feel like Diego and Ben are the only people that understand or try to understand Klaus. Diego talked to Klaus on a brother to brother level, he helped Klaus try to get him sober, he even forced Klaus and tied him up because he cares about him! Ben, he punched Klaus cause he cared about him and didn’t want him to poison himself anymore. He literally tried to catch a bowling ball for Klaus! He helped Klaus in the toughest of times like when he was being torture by hazel and Cha Cha.

First of all, I just love Klaus. His character is so broken, yet he himself is scrambling to pick up all the pieces after Dave.

Klaus and 5 were my absolute favorites. Klaus especially. Loved him from the beginning. I saw through that armor immediately. He's funny, witty, sassy, but also loving, caring, accepting. Forget the drugs and drinking, those were just escapes like they are for most people, a way for him to cope. It has got to be exhausting hearing and seeing the dead constantly, without end, day and night. And since you are the only one they can turn to, you get them all, constantly yelling at you to listen to them, to do something for them, etc. The real Klaus, under all that, is a great guy.
