There's really not much to tell about the Channel..

Me.. I'm Six foot four, two hundred forty odds pounds. I used to be chubby but I've done quite a bit of working out I'm starting to get that look I've always dreamed of.. I still have to keep at it as I haven't reached my goal, and even then have to keep it up just as hard to stay in shape..

My life has pretty much been devoted to assisting my mother in her life. Almost twenty years ago she was in a horrendous car accident. The lady in the other car hit my mother's passenger door from a stop sign while my mom drove by doing 90kph.. The hit sent her car flipping over five times. She was paralysed that night, and the surgeon was god like the nurses said, not allowing it to happen and he did it.. He fixed her.. Spent a year in traction and then through sheer stubbornness alone she can still take her little dog for long walks and not stuck in a bed.

I do all the heavy stuff, and makes sure she doesn't push herself too hard
