cops do this all the time with the same justification; "i thought he was reaching for a gun". this kid shouldnt be on death row. jail time is fair but every corrupt cop who's shot someone for the same shit should be in jail too.

wish people kept this same energy with school shooters and police officers who kill unarmed men, regardless of race. why is it that when a police officer does this people automatically assume that they were afraid for their lives and that it was self-defense...but when an ordinary citizen does it suddenly it’s out of spite and he already had the intention to harm ? ridiculous, the “justice” system is HORRIBLY corrupt.

He shot at a car to rob him. His motive was to carry out a crime either way. He got scared and shot an innocent man. He deserves every sentence
