I love how you can tell the exact point Flowey realises he can't win, when his pain sound changes from the sort of mocking "oh" he had before to a desperate grunt.

Best fight in the whole game. The music fits so well. And the sound effects when you hit him, how they go from mocking to actually painful

If I’m going to be Honest, For me this was one of the most intense fights in the game. The music hits hard too.

Omega flowey's fight gives me a huge "standing up to the bully" feel. Specially after you free all of the souls and they help you in the final part of the fight.

9:00 God I love how Flowey starts off slow due to the shock of you actually fighting back, but as soon as the shock fades away, he goes from incredibly slow back to full power in a desperate attempt to kill you. The music reaches its peak, causing you to feel like this is a fight where you could actually win instead of a pitiful fight for survival. This game truly is Tobey's masterpiece.

I don't think people understand how DETAILED this fight is compared to the rest of undertale. Like, to the point where this fight alone is probably 70% of the game's data. Making flowey's sprite do all that moving is harder than it looks, I applaud toby for it.

The boss music for this fight is so incredible. The hauntingly joyful, childlike music that plays when you encounter the souls, it’s so beautiful to see. And finale playing at the end, with flowey becoming more desperate, it’s breathtaking. Also, when I was playing through for the first time, I was NOT expecting flowey to turn into whatever omega flowey is. When I tell you I screamed, I mean I SCREAMED.

I like how flowey still goes “Oh!” Like he’s still mocking you after you do serious damage as a pitiful attempt as a bluff even though you still see the pain on his face when he gets hit

Has anyone else noticed that after calling for help to the souls, the wires of thier color stop pumping?

i never realised just HOW DETAILED this fight was back then. the music syncing with the battle is insane
