Description

I have been in the distribution industry for 30 years,
and as of 2023 My age is past my mid 50's.
When I was young, I never read books other than magazines.
In my school days, in a word, I was a 'playboy'.

In 2021 something like a miracle happened.
Suddenly, a powerful urge to read arose in my heart.
At that time, I suffered from high blood pressure and headaches congenitally, and during blood tests
Diabetes levels were determined to be unmeasurable, and family relationships or business
I was under extreme stress.
As of 2023, I have read a total of 256 books, start my day with meditation, I end the day with a meditation journal.
It was books and meditation that saved me.
I wrote down line by line in my notebook, and gained peace of mind,
I live with joy in every aspect of my daily life.
