It is impossible to stab a man a 60 Thousand Times, so it is your assumption he wanted to kill him. Not once did Cure seh he wants him dead because with how angry he was, he would have stated that he wanted him dead or killed. The Prosecution and whosoever run wid their argument are just reaching for the worst case scenario and crime is about Intent : he did intend to cause bodily harm but never said him want kill " Papa ". Also Cure was sober so him can plead provocation seeing " Papa " was talking tough after not paying a man who fly out all the way from Jamaica, you're bound to infuriate anyone for that kinda treatment and behaviour. Cure is doing his just time and so should be the end of this case. But " Papa " and the prosecution have an agenda
