He never jumps close range. If you're at the range he jumps you need the reflexes to sprint in and do it. I tried for 3 hours. Always some bullshit skull hits me. They refuse to home into the shield but make a beeline in you're explosed.

First time only needed one more hit at this location and failed, taking me longer than I wanted after and today farmed over 50 confetti because I ran out. Everything else I tried didn't do much damage without dying. Mortal Blade probably only a quarter, tried to be too aggressive like that first try. Even did better with 3rd tier umbrella.
