Can eggs be omitted since you are using condensed milk?

I use a similar recipe with a couple of changes and sell them at a market and I run out almost every week. I use 1 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 3 eggs and a tsp. of vanilla that you left out of the description. I use a silicone mini muffin pan with no liner (that is a pain to fill) and fill them with a 1 ounce ice cream scoop. They easily pop out of the silicone with no damage then I add the liner to the macaroon after it has cooled.
