I’m guessing they didn’t know about the helicopters and drive into that neighborhood thinking they could lose the officers chasing them on the ground. Which they would have if the helicopters wasn’t on them.

I loved the way they thought they were sneaking through those trees, but the camera was actually so clear you could identify their faces.
