something I would like to add that most of dental professional missed is Tonsilolith or Tonsil Stone. Not everyone has this, but when one does have it in their tonsil, the breath can be really bad. It won't go away even if you take out all your teeth and tongue.

I feel very sad that there is no single solution to permanently treat bad breath. You guys need to work to find the solution. It can't be ok that a great proportion of adults have bad breath and it has always been a very sensitive issue because there is no permanent solution and people are careful not to say anything bad to their loved ones. Help people please, this situation is very serious. Find treatment, drugs that people can take as prescription to get healed and enjoy life.

Best to salt water rinse, support a healthy gut biome with fermented food, avoid citric acid as it causes dry mouth, check your on-site or stones. Then also check dental conditions.

I have always struggled all my life with bad breathe and my wife and I had a huge fight because I didn’t want to listen to her. Now this Dr confirmed what she said. Need to take care of my mouth

There's underlying issues if you need to brush your tongue . Try seeking a professional like a naturopath or similar , because bacteria can be present in your stomach and body causing this issue .

Cleaning the teeth at least twice a day , cleaning between the teeth, don't smoke, Drink enough water... It's sooo easy to prevent with basic Hygiene

Also guys if you have bad breath that doesn't go away no matter how often you brush, you should get checked out for H pylori or SIBO. H pylori antibiotic therapy would treat both infections and get rid of the bad breath for good!
