Nana last time I seen you, you were slapping that man with a soft taco shell LOL. I love the pig cutting mat too cute and the soup looks amazing, you did a great job, both of you. I was excited to see the beef broth because first thing I thought is I can rinse the tomato sauce jar out with it LOL.I can never get all of that sauce out of the jar. I would think if you had left over rice you could even dump and go the rice. I think we all win with the recipes alone. There is no link for the printed recipe so I will be watching again to write it all down. Thanks

I never thought of using sausage. Usually use ground beef.
