This is the most underrated piece of equipment out there! Both my shoulders have torn rotator cuffs and I have herniated disks in my back. I no longer can really straight bar squat without significant pain.

Man I love the safety squat bar it's one of my fav pieces of equipment I do all the exercises you mentioned never thought about doing tricep extensions with it though will have to try that one MINT

Im just starting these. I did 475 low bar a month ago 1rm and doing 370 felt hard with this bar for a double. I figure high bar is already way harder than low bar and this is even harder than high bar so it should help me gain on the low bar.

Interesting piece of kit... Wouldn't you loose the benefits from trying to keep upright the way you do with an Olympic bar?. I've always thought that the reason the squat is so good is because it works the whole body even arms as it takes a lot of strength in the arms to keep the bar in position etc. Suppose this is OK if you just wanted to train legs only?
