They understand the importance of writing likeable characters . And like that’s honestly enough to capture most people for a long time . Combine that with the gacha not being the worst on the scene and it’s really easy to keep up with causally and not take too seriously .

Game has a Japanese voice option. I suggest you try it out, the JP voice cast is LOADED. Lots of AAA VAs on the JP side.

as soon as new chapters drop its punch through them to see the new parts of the story, the gacha is pretty generous especially if you focus on a few banner characters you want since all others get added to the standard banner the VA is pretty on point even the english audio is a tier above anime dubs and i enjoy particapating in the guild events but they could give us some more coop or competitive options just a opinion on that. the music and promo content is pretty good as well still rock the intro song.
