The series of smoothie's and juices that I make really gives a boost of energy to keep me going even I am struggling of my daily health challenges. I live in a vegetarian lifestyle because of health reasons as I am suffering of fibromyalgia in many years. This kind of lifestyle helps me a lot to function well even I am suffering of my daily pain due to my illness.
