Description
I'm a motorcycle racing fanatic without access to a track; so I can't race or track my bike but somehow I manage to keep my sanity by compensating in other ways.
ATGATT.
WOT.

I vlog, work on riding skills (throttle control, vision, cornering, line selection, suspension tuning among other things) and share my thoughts with the world.

You'll find gear reviews, mod reviews as well as others.

I currently ride a first generation Crossplane Yamaha R1 (Big-Bang engine).
Bike is mostly stock but I plan on doing a ton of upgrades, some conventional some downright sweet.

I have a few series planned; riding skill development, vlogs, hazards on the road and plan on adding many more.

Tune in for riding tips, how-to's, VLogs and a whole lot more.

Don't forget to Subscribe.

Enjoy.

I did this once. My next recollection was how loud it is inside an EMS helicopter. ;-)

Old Moto2 with Honda engines and Dunlop tires were the best drift machines ever built šŸ½

What incredible agility and physical prowess. Slow motion truly illustrates this. Absolute poetry blended with physics and aerodynamics. Thanks. Short, sweet and satisfying.

Amazing. It's hard for Joe Average to understand just how difficult this maneuver is.

Did this accidentally on a left turn much like the first one here whilst riding a Versys 650. Leaves and pine straw broke my traction. It was a good bit downhill too on US-19 near Vogel and I’m fortunate that it continued the slide instead of suddenly regaining traction and flipping me high-side. It felt like I was going to keep sliding into the pines and off the mountain. I had to pull off and take a moment because it was still a long way home and I felt like I needed to call a mobile psychiatric service to talk me down.

This is actually something that bike rscers do as a strategy. They kick out their back tire a bit to be able to cary as straight of a line theough the turn as possible to be able to carry as much speed as possible. Them boys are a whole different breed

I just watched this twice and I still can't get my head around what I have watched, let alone how it was achieved.

Talk about delicate precision control...wow! And power. He's riding the very fine knife edge of what's possible to do on a motorcycle. At nearly every moment...for miles. Routinely.

My favorite will always be Jonas Folger at Austria during a FP session when he was with tech3.

I learned to drive a car in the snow and drift corners. I had a 1979 Yamaha 750 Special with shaft drive and my car was broken down so I rode to work in the snow. Coming around a corner I realized I was sliding. After a split second of terror I realized the rear wheel was perfectly aligned and it was sliding just like a car. I was going to try it again but the next corner was marked 15 mph and I decided not to press my luck.
