I built one that uses the Losi XXL chassis stretched to a 17.5'' wheelbase installed the Summit transmission and used the Yeti XL body. I added Silly Putty to lock the diffs. It true is is a work of art and runs circles around the summit and the yeti xl.

Good Video! Ive found that sometimes with my Summit, 2nd gear is the way to go for certain climbs that require a little momentum/wheel speed. It reduces the torque enough that it doesnt flip back as easy and sometimes it helps keep traction for the same reason. I do think the extra wheelbase of the yeti would make a big difference for climbing certain things.

Man I just don't know how you East Coast and Midwest guys can just dunk your trucks in water like that but I'll be dammned if it doesn't look like fun on a bun when you do. Awesome Vid Jumpit!

Lookd like your summit suspension was stiff as a rock.

I put 100% Racers Edge Diff putty in rear diff & 60% Putty with 40% 1million wt diff oil in front & I can climb most of the stairs around  the downtown area. Awesome crawler! & Geared down to an 11t pinion.

Buy a set of PIT Bull XL tires! they will work great if the terrain that your in.

That's a bull shit review! The summit was in low gear the hole time! The yeti is geared really high! So this is not a fare battle between the two...

i have the two truck and i juste can say you can not drive a summit , the summit goes other all this without any probleme ;

Have to say, in our testing, the YXL smoked the Summit in all areas.
