Here at Holistic Living Downunder I will show you how I live a holistic life through nourishing the body and soul, and treasuring the creative side of life.

I'm Norwegian born and raised, living life in Australia with my Australian husband, our three kids and a Bernese Mountain Dog.
With a background in nursing, I've seen first hand the many factors that are needed to ensure we lead a quality life.
My aim with Holistic Living Downunder is to inspire you to look after your health both physically and mentally, by buying, growing and cooking delicious food, nourishing our social side through relationships with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and stimulating our mind and mental health through our creativity.

I post videos twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays (Australian time)
