He's NOT required to adhere to their "policy" as he doesn't work for them. He IS required to adhere to his oath to "serve and protect" and unlike many officers these days ( Uvalde) he is a credit to his badge. A hero.

This guy didn’t even flinch, didn’t 2nd question it, he literally ran into a bank and defended every soul in there with no concern for his life. Not all cops are bad guys

I’m a bank teller supervisor and I would have appreciated the officers’ bravery and thanked him. Yes we are trained but who knows what would have happened to those customers and the staff. Shame on Key Bank!

I closed our checking and savings accounts at Key Bank after their corporate tap dance with “we apologize for your misunderstanding”. I think we all understand their message. Shame on you Key Bank.
