I like to talk about history, sex, sociology, and pop culture with a heavy focus on black women, whose stories are not told enough in history retrospectives and documentaries. THIS IS A HISTORY CHANNEL, NOT A CURRENT EVENTS CHANNEL. I AM NOT A JOURNALIST OR BREAKING NEWS REPORTER. Additionally, do not subscribe if you cannot handle duality! In addition to publishing three books on black history and America, I promote sexual positivity!
My degree is in History from The Ohio State University. I LOVE studying the past & wish I could time travel. Playing video games seems to be the closest I'll ever get lol. (I stream on twitch, btw!)
I'm 31 years old and living in Atlanta. Im currently working on two books-- a book of essays and a dystopian thriller.

i love how much of the activist perspective you showed - standing up for what is right doesn't always mean being in the front lines, it can also mean feeding the people who need it (as well as offering shelter and healing)

Black food is a perfect example of how food and feeding others is one of the greatest expressions of love. Making sure everyone is fed with flavors to remind you that good exists in the world.

A few days ago, Georgia passed a law criminalizing anyone who offers food and water to people waiting to vote. Yes, there's a parallel between today and the past.
