is still the same what i heard off. now they only have one register for every floor!! i used to work there during ron johnson n i quit. now once in a while i go to shop. last time i need it help at the home dpt to buy a washer n the manager saw me n he walk away. he walk away. managers dont want to help. but now managers n corporate managers are getting fired. every district manager only last like 6 months. department managers are quitting left n right. i knoe this because i still keep in touch with some workers .jcp is done
