My son sent me this, it had me from the first few lines. He may not have come from my womb, but this is our song now. I took him on when he was 6, his womb doners new boyfriend did not want him, so she gave him back to his dad ( but kept his brother ) so I toot him on, it was tough, he was very broken after being abandoned by his "mum" but he realised I wasn't going anywhere, he is nearly 40 and, he's my boy.

The line "What I thought was gonna be the death of me was my saving grace" applies to me 100%. When my ex cheated and left. I thought that was it for me....but it turned out to be a major blessing. I bought a vehicle, i started my own business, i got a new job (still have my own business running on the side), and i met an awesome guy who is now my husband....and by God's grace we have a beautiful life.....When it rain it pours...And I def welcome that kind of rain <3 <3

Now I’ve been listening to you and the greats like Hank JR, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, D.A.C, Willie, and etc. living the country life as I was before but listening to your music revived this side of me, the side where I don’t give a dang what people think and listen to what I want without worrying what others think.
