Its All in the Wrist !!!!!!!! Thanks Alot.... Speed has Increased Greatly. All these Proffessional teachers on You Tube and your One But Greatly Important Tip Helped the MOST ! Anchoring your hand or Not does Not matter for me. I have tried both ways and it is all in The WRIST Movement which has improved my speed ...do Not move your Arm. Thanks Again for a Valuable Picking Tip.

Right on. Definitely makes sense. Nice how it usually takes other people to put in into a more.."simpler" perspective so that other may actually grasp what's really going on. Keep it going.
