That would be amazing and Spino is one of my favorite dinosaurs and we need Carnotaurs in The Jurassic Park and Jurassic World Series.

I always thought the Ceratosaurus both in JP3 and the Operation Genesis game was a clear nod to the Carnotaurus

a lot of dino sounds in DINOSAUR use the same sound effects used in the jp films. kron and aladar use the same lion roars used for the jp trex in more intense moments, raptors briefly make jp raptor sounds, carno shares the same roars as tlw trexes do and too many other examples to list. i find these legacy animal sounds more valuable than brand new recordings nowadays, though new recordings are objectively better due to better equipment with better specs.
