Quite a bit on the go on the ww2 front, eh? The Finns and Italians are minuscule when compared to the other Warlord miniatures from the same range. The Perry stuff (I've only seen DAK though) look great, but are even smaller. The size discrepancy between the Hail Caesar range and the Black Powder stuff is really visible.

Just look at it like not everyone is the same height. They're not clone troopers.

Perry look the most real..the others have a cartoony feature I'm not sure I love. I think I may only use Perry in my K47 british army.

I thought the Perry miniatures looked really tiny right up until I imagined them at full size and realised that all the others just had freakishly enormous heads.

What stands out best at 3- 5 feet away. Opinions start to change when you ACTUALLY PLAY with these miniatures. Add to this the fact that some of these miniatures are going to be easier to paint than others. Used to knock the more "heroic" stuff as cartoonish and what not, but wen you actually start ordering, handling, painting and PLAYING with them, you start realizing why some things are what they are. To each their own...
