I make 98% of my food from scratch. Once you actually read the nutrition labels, you start to wonder why the USDA allows all of these additives and preservatives in our foods!! I’d actually prefer if they had to follow the same rules as are required in the EU!

I am from a 3rd world country. The poor people eat the healthiest like fruits veges and Fresh grilled fish. The rich people eat canned food and red meat. The poor are the happiest.

I'm from Serbia and I was very shocked when I realized that most americans rarely really cook. what I mean by "really cook" is what they call "from scratch". they make brownies out of a box, everything is either frozen or pre-made. we just don't do that here and we only have a few frozen or pre-made options

I truly believe these companies are paying the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies are paying these food companies. The sicker we are the more money pharmaceutical companies and hospitals will make.
