1 liter of alcohol (ethyl,ipa) only costs $3.99 and will last longer and work better. Also not using heavy chemicals on your lock,wheel,windshield.

We got stuff here that comes in a regular sized aerosol can called HEET that is meant to be used for defrosting your windshield. Bet that would work good for that.
