Trying stacking these OD’s with distortion pedals (DS-1’s and Rats).

My favorite combination is a Rat and TS. Rat might be a distortion pedal but so is the TS. I keep below ten o' clock and TS level cranked with gain around ten o' clock. Makes for never ending sustain. I find the Rat to make an excellent dirty Marshall tone and the filter knob is much more usable then just having a tone. I run the TS into the Rat.

This is a classic stack (something screamer like and something tube amp like kinda). You can use anything od-3 like, most people use the BD-2 also you'll also see other TS like pedals, often the Timmy instead of a Tube Screamer but after because it can clip like a tube screamer but doesnt mid hump.

Someone knows if the mxr micro amp before of Od3 really sound good? I hace an OD3 over a clean amp and I don't know if buy a micro amp to put before of od3 for solos. Thanks and excuse my english. I'm argentine

Listening with headphones... the mic picking up the string noise is distracting from the sound of speaker. Sounds like one mic picking up strings, your voice, and then the amp farther away. Not ideal for what this demonstration is.
