The voice actor did an incredible job in portraying his feelings, i feel really sad for him, im glad i could end his suffering

Him: "I'm sorry babe I don't know what I was thinking.."

I like the way Gehrman says the "Dear oh dear, what was it?"-part. It sounds borderline sarcastic, but at the same time it sounds like Gehrman is genuinely worried for the player character. Worried in a same way that a grandfather would be after witnessing their grandchildren waking up from a bad dream.

Btw, can we appreciate just how on point is the voice acting for the Souls games as a whole? Like, it's so good I don't think I have ever heard anything even comparable to it, no joke.

What i like about gerhman is that, both of you ain't fighting to kill each other, but to free each other from this nightmare.

The saddest part is that most people will never hear his lines about Laurence and pleading for help. They’re so rare to encounter, and at total randomness.

I've never heard him saying 'I made promise. ' 1:07 Just the way he says it hurts my heart.

Its amazing to me that even through all this suffering, he still tries to help us find a way out of the dream, EVEN when we refuse to go. Is he trying to save us from his horrible fate, or simply going through the motions of what he has done over amd over again...

What really gets to me is that we learn that the Great Ones are “sympathetic in spirit,” so the Moon Presence probably thinks it’s being super nice by giving Gehrman a little pocket paradise where he can bone a doll that looks like that girl he liked for all eternity.

We need a Gascoigne and a Micolash one lol

Gehrman really did suffer the worst fate out of the Old Hunter's, trapped in an endless dream, waiting for a friend to who he made a promise, and he even failed that in the end.
