Nice Video. I have the exact same laptop (7706) and here are a few things I can suggest: Download and run Cinebench R23, also download CPUID HWMonitor. Run them both so we can see how it performs and heats under stress. I had to change the thermal paste on mine because it was constantly heating up to 100 and thermal throttling just by running ZOOM!. You guys might want to check your temps to see if you need to ask for a change, but it's still a 11th generation processor, so It would be very interesting to compare with 10th generation
