"Martin and Payton" is an upcoming animated comedy web series about the endeavors of two working-class siblings that are midgets, Martin Fennverson - a reckless and zany brother, and Payton Fennverson - an intelligent but emotionless and sarcastic sister, as they embark on various activities, go to college, and trial on numerous jobs around the eccentric town of Wittyburg.
