To the person talking about the scientific method buff, it isn't the same as the timer for the tractor debuff. Scientific method is a handling + speed buff to the player which lasts ~5 secs whereas the tractor debuff is ~10 secs. Gally does have a pack hunter buff but I don't know if the gally user can see it or not, I know the people with legendary rockets can though

I decided to play around with Starfire the other night in the EAZ, didn't have on all the same mods you do...but even still, I was getting my grenades back remarkably fast. The nerf isn't nearly as bad as people made it out to be. And having an extra grenade handy is always nice.

Starfire nerf is not as noticable for me as someone who only used it in open play really for the heat rises
