You need people you can trust, and people to watch the people you think you can trust.

The one thing these lawyers don't disclose to the public is how much they charge for helping claim a large lottery prize.

The people that you pay to help you are the ones that rip you off.

Before signing it the winner should check the rules of the state they won in. A recent case in NH where a woman won $300 + million and wanted to remain anonymous. The mistake she made was signing her ticket right away because it says to do just that on the back of the ticket. NH rules require the name of the winner be made public, its about transparency. If she had claimed it under a trust she could have remained anonymous but she signed her name. She went to court and fought it and because of the amount she won and several incidents that involved lottery winners she was able to remain anonymous. So before signing, stay quiet, hide the ticket in an extreamly safe place after taking photo copies of it and call a trusted lawyer.

he doesn't need to buy a ticket he wins every time he represents a winner! I am sure his fee is a % of the total!!

Hire a lawyer, an accountant and a certified financial planner. Think of them as the holy trinity of beating the lottery curse.

I still don't understand why you have to come forward when win. I wouldn't want all the problems that come with it.

It would be difficult to win and want to stay anonymous, but still want to spend and enjoy your money without drawing suspicion that you won
